How to order

• Choose your design, size, ice cream flavors, filling. Personalize it with a custom message!
• Select your Pickup Date with min 3 days.
• Delivery can be organised with fee is directly to your doorstep or office!

Do you do last minutes order?

• Yes we do. We offer same day pick up if you order before 12:00pm between Mon-Sat and we will deliver your cake by 6pm. 

Can I cancel or refund my order?

• Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, if Cake Mail is provided with 48 hours notice via email (hello@otaokitchen.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.

Are your cakes halal or contain alcohol or animal fat?

• All our cakes are Halal friendly and do not contain alcohol or animal fat within the cake or frosting. Although most cake has no alcohol contained, we still do have certain designs that include alcohol and we will list it on the product page.

Can you cater to my dietary?

• We cannot customise cakes to suit specific dietary requirements. Each cake in our collection features different ingredients, which are listed on each of the product pages. When catering for those with allergies is as simple as selecting the tastiest cake that will work for everyone.
